As we are based in Team Valley, Gateshead, we are ideally located for drivers of Land Rovers in Newcastle, Gateshead, Durham, Sunderland and beyond. Our highly experienced staff are Land Rover trained specialists having had many years of working on Land Rovers in the same way as a Land Rover Dealer would - as they all have previously worked at Land Rover Dealers!

- We offer you a modern workshop with the very latest equipment including the Land Rover IDS diagnostic equipment and software, covering the very latest Land Rovers. This system plugs into your Land Rover and ‘interrogates’ its systems while stationary and while driving – it is simply light years ahead of the old T4 equipment.
- All Land Rovers which visit us are checked by chassis number and matched with service bullietins and any outstanding recalls.
- We guarantee fixed price servicing carried out in accordance with manufacturer requirements using genuine Land Rover Parts which come with Land Rover's 12 month unlimited mileage parts and labour warranty.
- We have full access to the Land Rover GTR (Global Technical Reference) website which provides 24 hour access to all technical information, manuals, electronic documents and special tools required for specialist jobs. This information is essential to complete the full range of service and technical operations to Land Rover's own standards. This is exactly the same information as used by the main Land Rover Dealers.
- Unlike other service businesses, we do not pay our technicians on a ‘time saved bonus’. This does not put them in the unenviable position of having to cut corners to finish a job quickly just to improve earnings.
