We work as a team, aiming for your complete satisfaction – we believe we provide very high quality work with excellent value for money.

To help us assess our performance, Land Rover post a customer satisfaction questionnaire to our customers after every repair or service. We are pleased to be able to say that our customers have been very kind and we can report that we currently have THE HIGHEST customer satisfaction score in the entire Land Rover Service Centre Network – this is a network of 144 Land Rover Service Centres, including ALL Land Rover Dealers.

  • When you use us, Land Rover will also give you the opportunity to rank our performance and provide direct feedback about our service.

When you book your Land Rover or Range Rover in for any service or repair, we will quote you a price for that work.

When you bring you car into us, we will talk through the job card for your car and confirm with you the work to be carried out.

We will service your Land Rover in accordance with Land Rover's specification at the price we quoted you. Our service is a genuine manufacturer service providing you with the manufacturer service stamp in your service record book – maintaining your full manufacturer service history.

If we identify any further defects during the course of your service or repair, then these will be brought to your attention.

We will seek your permission before commencing any additional work to your vehicle.

Only genuine quality parts will be used on your vehicle and all parts fitted will be covered by the Land Rover guarantee.

We will carry out all agreed warranty work for you in accordance with the Manufacturer guidelines.

A fully itemised invoice listing all the items for which you have been charged will be given to you.

Regular servicing is important to help maintain your Land Rover in first class condition. Servicing to the manufacturer's schedule helps ensure the long term reliability of your Land Rover and could help identify mechanical issues before they become a more serious problem.
