The entire team at Team Valley Land Rover Service Centre believes that our customers have the right to expect excellent service, each and every time they make contact with us or come to see us. Our range of services include:

We, as a team, have agreed a set of service standards which governs the way in which we work and do business with you. We actively monitor these standards to ensure a consistently high quality stress free experience whenever you are in contact with anyone at Team Valley Land Rover Service Centre.  

Guaranteed Service Bookings

We commit to service your Land Rover within a maximum of 2 working days should you not require a loan vehicle and 3 working days if you should. If you need us to, we will always try and look at your car straight away and give you a quote and commitment to work within your timescales whenever possible. 

We promise to keep you mobile at all times

When your Land Rover is off the road, you won't be. We offer a range of services to keep you mobile such as collection and delivery or the use of a courtesy vehicle.

All our courtesy cars will be insured and fuelled

Your replacement vehicle will be fuelled upon collection. All we ask is that you return it to us ready for the next customer in the same condition. On presentation of your driving licence, we will also insure the vehicle free of charge.

We will wash and vacuum your Land Rover

When your vehicle is in our workshop, we will offer you a wash and vacuum free of charge.

We have no hidden charges

Each and every charge will be itemised on your bill. No consumables, sundries or Loan Vehicle Indemnities will be hidden in our customers bills. They only appear if they apply to you.

You will be allocated to a Named Land Rover Technician

All work to your vehicle will be carried out by a named technician, who will explain what has been done when you visit us, should you require it.

We will always ask your permission to carry out extra work

We will never carry out repair work and charge you for it without prior consent.

Quotation Response

We commit to respond to any request for a quotation within one working day.

Training

We commit to a programme of continuous training development for all our staff so that we can deliver a high quality professional service.

Unlikely perhaps, but if you need to complain.

Your issues will be taken seriously and be dealt with promptly.

Environmental and Recycling Commitment

We commit to dispose, at our expense, of all non biodegradable materials from your vehicle in a responsible manner.
