That’s why we, at Team Valley Land Rover, are offering you a free, Land Rover Approved, 40 point Vehicle Health Check which could save you time and money and at the very least put your mind at ease.
This service is being offered as part of our drive to ensure our customers remain safe and legal at this time of year, a time when there are high levels of breakdown and accidents.
By offering you a free 40 point health check, we can give you the confidence and peace of mind that your Land Rover/Range Rover is safe to drive. This allows you to budget for any future expense and prepare for the work to be carried out at a convenient time rather than taking you by surprise.
Land Rover Visual Healthcheck
Our Land Rover trained technicians will complete a visual examination of the 40 items that form the Land Rover Visual Healthcheck. This includes key safety items inside and outside your vehicle, such as brakes, tyres, lights, bodywork, steering & suspension and the engine to ensure your Land Rover/Range Rover is in a safe and legal state.
A Land Rover Visual Healthcheck Report is completed and every item checked is classified into one of three categories using a ‘Traffic Light’ colour coded report; green, amber or red.
Green: everything appears to be okay
Great news for the moment, these items are in good health and need no further action.
Amber: work needed soon - before next scheduled visit
A concern has been identified that needs some attention - not immediately but in the near future. This allows you to plan and budget to have the work done.
Red: urgent work - dangerous, illegal or defective
A problem has been identified that could have safety or legal implications, or could lead to bigger repair bills in the near future. It is recommended that you have this work carried out as a matter of urgency.
Should we identify any areas requiring urgent attention, you will be provided with a fully inclusive price to carry out the repair using Genuine Land Rover Parts.
When you collect your Land Rover/Range Rover, you will be given a copy of your Visual Healthcheck report*, giving you peace of mind about the condition of your vehicle. This way you can be assured that whenever you visit Team Valley Land Rover, you know your vehicle is in safe hands.
*Your 40 Point Land Rover/Range Rover Healthcheck Report is the result of a visual examination of only selected items which are detailed on your Healthcheck Report. It is not a representation of a vehicle's overall roadworthiness. Further checks may be necessary to determine the exact extent of any repair required.
